  • Learn the vocabulary on pages 65-66 of your text book. (In the 1986 edition, see page 43.)
  • Add the following word to your vocabulary:

  • On pages 69-70 of your text book, Part A,  translate the Greek sentences to English. (In the 1986 edition, see pages 46-47.)

  • Translate the following sentences into Greek.

    1. This teacher teaches that law.

    2. Those children know these words.

    3. We see him and he himself sees himself.

    4. This man and his brother shall find treasure for themselves.

  • Translate the following into English:
  1. οὗτοί εἰσιν οἱ υἱοὶ τῆς βασιλείας.

  2. οὐ γὰρ ἑαυτοὺς κηρύσσομεν ἀλλὰ Ἰησοῦν Χριστὸν κύριον

SECTION A-- For each Greek sentence, choose the English sentence that most accurately translates it.

  1. λέγομεν τούτους τοὺς λόγους ὑμῖν καὶ αὐτοὶ λέγετε αὐτοὺς ἄλλοις.

    A. We say these words to you and you yourselves say them to others.
